WARNINGS
To reduce the risk of burns, electric shock,
re or injury:
1 DO NOT plug into an outlet with a voltage
other than specied on the bottom of the
sanitizer. Voltage converters and plug adapters
DO NOT guarantee voltage compatibility.
Never force the plug into an outlet; if it does not
easily t into the outlet, discontinue use. Unplug
the sanitizer and call Customer Service if the
sanitizer gives off smoke or a burning smell while
in operation.
2 Never use the sanitizer if it has a damaged cord
or plug. Keep away from heated surfaces. Do not
use the sanitizer outdoors or in areas with direct
sunlight.
3 Discontinue use of the sanitizer if the UV light
bulb remains on when the door is open or if the
window in the door is broken or missing. UV
light can be harmful to the human eye and skin.
4 This appliance is not intended for use by
persons (including children) with reduced
physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack
of experience and knowledge, unless they have
been given supervision or instruction concerning
use of the appliance by a person responsible for
their safety.
5 Children should be supervised to ensure that
they do not play with the appliance.
6 Do not operate the sanitizer without the
protective screen in place to avoid contact with
a hot bulb.
7 If the sanitizer is used for 3 consecutive UV clean
cycles (i.e., 3 times in a row) a minimum of
30 minutes ‘Off Time’ is required before you
start another UV clean cycle.
